system insight - well rated

I've been dealing with system insight recently and have been blown away by the customer service.

I had a big order and they had forgotten the clearfaced bags, I phoned at 5:20PM to tell them and beg, they asked if I had spars or if I needed them tomorrow, said I needed them and they sent someone to city link then and there and the box was here 8:30 AM.
For this alone I would reuse them.

The printer I ordered was still on the boat when they had said it would be sent out by so they've sent me a rental and its all gratis no extra delivery charges or messing around or anything.

I'll be dealing with them again for media mounts accessories and anything that I need for event work.

I love dealing with utterly professional companies like systems insight and photomart - both dead on the money, knowing what their professional (and accordingly demanding) customers want and need, and catering brilliantly
