Yes
Daft question probably, but would rather ask as have been unable to get much info online. As the title suggests, I have a pair of RF 603 that I use to trigger a flash. As I am getting more in to lighting, have thought of adding extra light i.e. background.

Just contemplating if it would be possible for me to buy additional Rf 603 triggers and use them with my exisiting ones? Not sure how syncing etc. would work between the old and new 603s. Is it all automatic or do I need to buy additional hardwares?

Thanks in advance for your kind replies.

No additional hardware, just set them all on the same radio channel

Thanks for your reply.

Didn't realise there are channel adjustments on RF 603s? Time to open the manual :-)

It's a while since I usd them but from memory I think they channel adjusters are under the batteries?

Thanks. Yes indeed. Have just checked.

However, surprisingly they were all in off-position but my flash has still worked okay. I presuming it doesn't matter when one flash is used?

With more lights I am again presuming channels on all triggers would need to marry up?

Thanks once again.

Thanks. Much appreciated. :-)

if you are going to use with strobes then get some of the 603 AC versions as the battery ones struggle to trigger some strobe set ups

I have 4x 603's & use them for remotely triggering my Nikons & for triggering my Bowens studio flash, I have never had any problems doing either,

There are some studio flash units I can't remember which ones i tried them on now but the battery ones didn't have enough power to trigger them so had to get a couple of Ac versions

Thanks for the info and link. Very helpful to know. Before I buy the AC ones just thinking wether there would be cross compatibity between A.C. and BATTERY ones? If not will have to buy 2 pairs.
