Suz's Octoberfest thingummy

I'm glad you said it was a snoozy cat, I'd have been guessing for ages lol.

Gotta love a sleepy cat shot Suz ;)

SNOOZYY CAT!!!!!!!!!!!! ...cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuttteee.. !!!!

No point resisting! When they're asleep they don't ruin the DOF by moving either :)

Might take the camera phone out later. That is a fixed lens so I think it counts...

suuuz ... does it not have digitial zoom?? mighten you be tempted... teased.. into using it... :naughty:

Nice photos Suz!!! Especially like the little fin, and the middle reflection.

PS. Change that rusty screw :p

Or take it out and soak it in some Cola overnight :) Then treat it with some Mequiars Marine Metal Polish, I used it on our boat as it is great with the salt deposits, yet very low abrehesiveness and then tried some on the shiny metal parts of my car and wow the stainless exhaust came up as new without any swirl marks or anything.

What car is it?

I've got some metal polish somewhere that I could do with using :) Good point about the cola.

It's a triumph vitesse mk1 2 litre convertible.

Very classy!

Nice work Suz, reflected colours in the second one are great.

The doorhandle oone is fab.... the colours are fantastic...

lovely shots of the car Suz, i'd like to see more of it. Or are those snippets the only bits you've cleaned?

Weather is lousy and this is what I think of this time of year. Drizzly, grey and miserable. Not photo weather at all.

tough going isn't it Suz. Well that certainly depicts the grey, drizzly and miserable week we're having.

Do we have to guess what it is? :D

I've done about 200 pics in all. I think that isn't bad going! Sadly they were taken in a binge fashion rather than a disciplined trickle ;)

Will have to find some museums or other indoor things to go to otherwise the camera will be idle until March...

I should hope it is obvious what it is :D

Only just hanging in there Tez. Feel like I have trench shutter finger :)

I've just looked through your photos, Suz. There is a really nice selection but I particularly the round drain, the shadows from the church window and the car image reflecting the autumn colours.

It is always difficult committing to shoot photos at a certain time because you are so dependent on the weather/light. I think the weather has been better here. Not much rain but quite windy.

Jenny

Thanks Jenny.

The weather issue is why I went for the binge shooting really. I knew I'd only have a few opportunities to get anything half decent. Been lousy weather most of the time. Hoping to go off somewhere indoors on Monday as it won't matter whether it is piddling or not!
