Just seen a advert on f/berk for a pro video camera , the wording left me wondering .first off it was nearly 5 grand which is a fair wad of money , the wording went along the lines of hardly used bought for a job which cancelled due to COVID-19 , and it’s NOW GONE PAST THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD .. to my mind then this would have been bought and used for say a wedding or event , then returned as unwanted .. I know a certain Norfolk based company that has a 30 day no quibble return policy .. .

Might just be how my brain works but basically it’s free equipment hire if your crafty enough , might be right might be wrong can’t prove it anyway ,but if I’m right it’s just another nail in the coffin of retail shops

My Aunt used to work for Empire Stores - the catalogue people back in the 70's/80's... Worked in the "returns section" - and she said pretty much every Mens Suit that came back as "not fitting correctly" had confetti in the pockets and smelled of beer and fags...
