Hi,

I have just had a new sim card delivered from 3 (I'm moving from O2, horay!) It was a sim only monthly tariff, so no contact o phone etc.

The problem is the envelope when it was delivered was open. As far as I can tell, all the paperwork and sim card are all there, but I'm feeling paranoid now that someone was fishing for personal details etc.

Can anyone do any damage with a sim card no and address etc? Am I justified in asking three to scrap my account and start again?

The more I think about it, the more paranoid I get, so I could do with a second opinion!

Thanks

After 30 days they can cancel it,

If its a sim only tarriff its a olling contract anyway i presume so no damage can be done.

If they have no details and just a sim card with a number how cananybody do anythink???
