Yes but even deadpool has too many superpowers. I would probably go for: increased human abilities*, some sort of healing factor, and maybe psychic powers but even that's not necessary. If I could be comic book "hero", it who be along the lines of Batman/Punisher. Wage war on the criminals until all that was left was petty crime.
 
Instantaneous transfer from A to B along with what and whoever I was holding. In 3 dimensions would be fine, 4 would make betting a cert though!
 
I don't know if this thread was inspired by the Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. series that started last night on c4, but i'm practicing my unique power to go back in time and watch it right now.

I already have the ability to fly and more importantly the ability to make other objects that wouldn't normally take flight, fly :D
