The other day I went to a presentation at the National Media Museum about what's supposed to be the future of TV! http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/bbcinternet/2012/07/super_hi_vision_ultra_hd.html
I got to see a demonstration of their system which has a pixel count 16 times that of HD... It didn't look half bad...
They also have 22.2 channel surround sound which made it feel like everything was going on in the same room as you! At one point I was wondering why the person sat behind me was clapping, but they weren't! If you have the opportunity to check this out, definately do! You won't regret it!
