I took the camera out yesterday evening with a view to shooting a lovely sunset. I tried to capture the sky's rich reds but maintain a light foreground and therefore opted to bracket my exposures.
I now have a mixture of shots with the desired lighter foreground and colourless sky and deeply coloured sky with silhouetted foregrounds.
Is there a technique I can use in CS4 to merge or should I be focussing on capturing the shot correctly out there? I intend to buy a ND filter but just haven't got much spare cash and am unsure what to go for.
