Sun Spots - Best way to remove

Can someone guide me to the best tool in Photoshop CS to remove sun spots.
I know about clone and repair and all that, but as there are so many ways in PS to do things, I wondered if there was a better way!

I tend to select the area add a bit of feather and play with hue sat if it's coloured flare, that said they do vary a lot.
