Suitable flash gun for micro 4/3rds?

Can anyone recommend a good but not too expensive flash gun for micro 4/3rds?

Also suitable triggers for off camera flash, would wireless be the best?

Two good small flashes are the nissin i40 and Mieke mk320. Whether they're good for studio stuff I'm not sure.

Hi Ian,

I use a Cactus V6 and RF60 setup to give me a very flexible wireless setup. The beauty of this equipment is that it will work on pretty much any standard hotshoe, so if you change camera brands it shouldn't be an issue. It's fully manual, but I find that best for flash work anyway.
