It is my neighbor's birthday next week, a while ago she expressed an interest in photography in particular taking picture of her kids. Her husband, mentioned it to me said he was thinking about getting her a camera for her birthday. I offered to loan her my old 20d and a couple of lenses to she if she liked it, she did and he has bought her a 5D a 24-105 and a 50mm f1.8.
I thought I'd get her a book for her birthday a guide or similar to taking good portraits and maybe even something specific to shooting kids. Something aimed at DSLR beginners
