I was over a year ago, but luckily it was over a very cheap lens so I moved on quite quickly. My experiance involved them shipping a broken lens, me sending it back and then them keeping it! No further replies or correspondance. Charming.
I noticed there are quite a few articles here about them, so thought some of you might be interested to read this. An article written by the guardian a few months ago reporting on their tactics.
