Studio or shoot space Guildford

Hi Guys
Happy New Year to all. I have been asked to shoot material for a young pro kart driver and im looking for studio or space large enough to accomadate this including a kart in or around Guildford area.
Grateful for any recommendations

Just some random thoughts for outdoor locations (undoubtedly paid ones):-

Brooklands Museum at Weybridge (motor racing and aviation heritage)

Painshill Park at Cobham (primarily a landscape and woodland setting)

Royal Aircraft Establishment at Farnborough

Dunsfold Industrial Park at Dunsfold (was/is the place Top Gear is filmed)

If I can think of any more......I will add them.

Thank you, some worthwhile suggestions. I think indoor will be preferable in terms of planning and weather and I was also thinking of somewhere that specifically operates as a rentable venue.
Getting permission from some of the others could be a lengthy exercise in itself

I had no idea they were there, just up the road and I have walked past the old Tannery works building a few times over the years when walking the canal tow path!

Hi..Yes I did come across this one in my earlier search. It looks fantastic but at £800.00 per day without my fee it might proof too much for client.
I guess no harm asking for deal.
