Im looking for a kit bag to hold all of my studio gear as im fed up with loading loads of bags. i have a elinchorm setup with 2 heads, stands, umbrelleras, soft boxes, snoot, backgrounds and reflectors.

I have seen a few bowens, interfit travel bags but didnt know if they would be anygood for my stuff.

Any ideas would be great thanks

Check the lighting manufacturers' websites, and also the bag makers.

All I would say is, the big ones can get expensive and having used a couple of the Bowens all-in-one jobs, I don't like them. They can get very heavy fully loaded (sometimes come with wheels) and can be too long to go in a car boot without folding the back seats down.

Much prefer separates for heads etc, stands, and softboxes.

Calumet have their own branded ones

Agree with Richard. I have a Bowens all in one thing on wheels, currently it's got 2 heads, stands brollies and a softbox, plus standard reflectors and cables. Nice and tidy, but it's a hassle sometimes. Doesn't fit in the boot, so lies across the back seat of the car (just) and is no fun to take up and down stairs.

Following what some of you have been saying i decided to weight most of my gear i would be looking to put all in one bag and was extremely heavy, so im gonna have a rethink about what to do and see if i was spread some of the load across some of the other bags lol
