Hit there and idea if this would be any good
300W/S Interfit Professional Electronic Flash Set
i have asked him if the leads will fit to a canon 5od. he don't know and it dose not flash wirelees but on the fly 2 any good thanks.

If the lead has standard co-axial sync plug, which it almost certainly does, no problems with a 50D.

If the Interfit head has an optical slave built in you can trigger with the camera's on-board flash but this is not ideal and a separate radio trigger will be better. You cannot do TTL auto flash with the Interfits, or any other studio flash heads for that matter.

when i asked the fella selling them his reply was
they will work with any camera that has a sync socket. They can also be triggered by a camera's own flash via the FireFly2 unit. They cannot be triggered by wireless.

are these any good ? I want to take some pic's at my gal's local Karate club it lighting is not very good any ideas many thanks

Are they any good for what, at what price, compared to what? Without a link or even a rough description I'm even guessing at the exact nature of the lights you're talking about.

But I think it's true to say that Interfit are an economy brand studio lights with a modest reputation for being cheap but decent value. They are okay for portraits.

You haven't given much of a clue to what you want to use them for. My immediate reaction to the karate club is no, hot-shoe flash is likely to be better. But since I don't have an accurate idea of exactly what you have got in this outfit, or what you are trying to do, that is sheer guesswork.

LOL ok there have a grading every 4 months and told them sad there no photo's so i got the job it's a industrial unit . so the pic will be of them getting the new cert and belt with the instructor , in has only fluresent lights that it. what would you recommend thanks

That doesn't sound like a place for studio flash, but there is some ambient fluorescent light around. So, I would just do that with on-camera fill-in flash. Doesn't sound too hard from what you've said.
