Studio for short hire near Warwick/Coventry?

Hi,
Can anyone advise a studio which could be hired for a couple of hours near Warwick or Coventry for someone I know?
 
You could try ringing up Warwickshire College? They have a couple of studios in the art department. Not sure whether they do hire out but could be worth a go! Plus it's probably the easter holidays so they won't be being used.
 
There's a place in Rugby town centre that hires out their studio.
 
There is also B72 Imaging in Coventry, it isn't on their website, but I believe their studio can be hired.
 
There is a fantastic studio for hire in the centre of Leamington Spa if you're interested? Great rates too
