Studio for hire around Hounslow?

As per the title anyone know of a studio or suitable indoor space I can set up.
There is a model I particularly want to work with who lives in Hounslow and can’t travel to me.
Help would be very appreciated

That’s only 11 miles so would be fine, just hope it is not an arm and leg price tag.
I don’t even need more than a space that is warm, day and a some mains power .
