Hello :) I'm studying photography at college for two years (currently in my first year) and decided to join this website to see what other photographers are up to. Photography started off as just a hobby as my dad was a professional photographer (though sadly he had to give up his job, I went up to his studio in London a number of times though and loved it) then I wanted to learn all the technical aspects so I started studying it. Nice to meet you all.

Hi Lana, Welcome, My Granddaughter is a Student doing what you`re doing so we have joined our Local Camera Club, it gives her an insight into what other people are doing and what the Judges comments are during the Competitions.

Why not checkout the Camera Clubs near you.
 
Greetings, there's a few students on here, including some mature students studying through distance learning. So don't be afraid to ask questions or show your work, we all learn from each other.
