Any help would be greatfully appreciated in trying to get pictures and video to my son's TV as I'm slowly going insane....:help:

If I connect our PS3 wirelessly to the router I can stream pictures and videos from a NAS drive, but if I attach it via a Powerline adaptor (as the wifi reception is a bit dodgy) then it can't see the NAS drive. I'm getting a bit lost trying to resolve the issue as generally speaking I've just plugged things in and they've worked up to this point :banghead:. If anyone can offer any tips as to where to start looking for a resolution I would be very greatful.

Network is set up as:

Router: Connected to Internet, Powerline adapter, and TV1 (which can always successfully stream)
Powerline Adapter: Connected to NAS drive running a media server.
Powerline Adapter: Connected to PC (which can successfuly access files on the NAS)
Powerline Adapter: Connected to PS 3 (which is connected to TV2)

Everything has a dynamic IP address handled by the router.

I know the PS3 is talking to the router as it has internet conenctivity whether using the powerline or connected wirelessly, it just doesn't seem to be able to see the NAS (ie the server doesn't even show) unless the connection is made wirelessly.

There seem to be so many different avenues to investigate that any pointers would save a lot of time and effort and give me somewhere to focus my research....

I have had issues like this with too many power lines and dropped down to just 2.

Can you put a wireless access point on the end of a power line and get devices to connect wirelessly?

Thanks for thoughts, it's a bit hard to move stuff around but will try and reduce the number of powerline and see if that makes a difference.
