Ive been using the Nikon AH4 on my D300 and like it a lot.

Having now fitted it to my D500, it doesnt work as well due to the relocated ISO button - tricky to get to when strapped in.

So, Im after some ideas really.

I love the fact the AH4 has a permanently attached arca plate on the base, so would like to keep this feature one way or other.

Ive seen Rapids and stuff, but Id quite like to have a QR type strap so I can swap them about, or just take them off.

Looking around the web, the pics never eally give a good idea of how it all works, so I thought Id ask you lot.

Peak Design have hand and neck straps which you can swap around using their connectors, they also do an Arca plate for the camera with an anchor attachment for fixing to neck strap. I find the system very comfortable to use.

I have the Slide neck strap, Cuff, hand strap and Leash neck strap.

Peak Design Slide which I use with my D500 & D810 >http://www.wexphotographic.com/buy-peak-design-slide-summit-edition-camera-strap-tallac/p1579536

And the different straps and connectors > http://www.wexphotographic.com/camera-straps-peak-design/b3060-m565?showall=1

The best hand strap I have ever used is the SpiderPro.
My setup is kind of convoluted... I use the SpiderPro Hand Strap attached to my cameras with a Carry Speed FS-1 plate. The FS-1 plate is Arca Swiss compatible and it also fits the SpiderPro Holster system and Carry Speed straps, which I also use.

A bit of warning to those looking at the Carry Speed straps... the first design neoprene ones w/ the holes in them tend to tear with heavy use/abuse. I destroyed two of them (carrying a 15lb camera setup). I now use the "extreme" version, and I use a different strap system (op-tech or PD) for the really heavy gear.

Interesting you have that set-up, I have the Spider Holster and have been looking at the Spider hand strap (one with the secondary strap) and a Carry Speed Strap
