Doing this back to front as I already dipped a toe in the forums looking for some advice on whether to buy a DSLR or Bridge camera.
Received lots of helpful advice for which I'm grateful.
Just bought a Nikon D80 and am now excitedly waiting for it to arrive so that I can get out and start taking hundreds of terrible photos before I read the instruction manual!
Really looking forward to immersing myself in this new hobby and making lots of new friends through this forum.
