Strange Session timeout issues

For the past couple of days I've been having trouble with Paypal and natwest keeping asking me to log in again because my session has timed out. Happens every time I press submit on withdrawing money from paypal to the bank account and at random times on Natwest. Anybody experienced similar? Could it be linked to chrome never seeming to honour the 'remember me' option on many websites?

It happened to me last night when buying film.
Looks like it's a problem at their end.
I use Firefox.
