Straighting a Picture

ok i was stupid and when taking the picture didn't make sure the damm camera was straight now for the life of me i can't remember hw to do it in Photo shop or lightroom. can anyone point me in the right direction.

Hi Terri in PS the straighten tool is the icon below the crop tool on the LHS

the ruler tool

 

[Cobra]

Either use lens distort
or crop tool and move the corners until the crop field
is in line to what you want
(if that makes sense)
