Just got back from a blinding weekend on the Baltic island of Usedom where the Germans had their V2 test site up at Peenemunde on the north of the island.
Spend a happy few hours tramping through the (still restricted access) forest to locate the remains of 'Prufstand VII' where that old B&W footage of V2 rockets exploding was all filmed. Got back to Bergen last night to discover that some thieving scrote has nicked our DVD player, Sky Box and BFBS decoder, so no telly last night - they left the TV itself as it's a monster 42" fat-boy and weighs a ton...

Seriously unimpressed today still...:bang:
 
Sorry to hear that, little scumbags :bat: Surely you must be glad they didn't run off with any of your camera gear though?
 
The kit was stolen from the common-room area of our accommodation area - all of which is unsecured as the key-codes to the 2 security doors are common knowledge...bit of a bummer TBH...
 
inside job then mate. Kangaroo court time for anywhere staying there at the weekend.
 
I have a feeling it was the same guy that walked off with three bottles of wine out of the fridge a few weeks ago...can't prove it and since I'm not a Siggie, I don't know how much support I could gather for a Drumhead...
tempting though...and i did mention to the Monkeys that if I caught the guy first they could interview him in the Med-Centre...lol

Strangely enough I had a dream the other night along the same lines. My room was robbed but they left both my PC's and only took the skybox and Xbox 360. I'm scared :O
