Stock frames and sizes

Apologies if this has been covered, I did search but all the threads seem to be regarding getting custom frames made...

I was looking to get some photos printed and framed just for me, not to sell, so I'm looking for cheap really.

I can get my photos printed out fine, looking around the 40x60cm mark, but it just seems impossible to find a stock frame to match it. I could understand if it was an odd size photograph, but it's just a standard un-cropped picture.

Ikea do those ribba frames which is pretty much what I'm looking for, but the sizes are all the wrong ratio. closest they have is 40x50. This larger and smaller sizes are also in this ratio.

So how come no one makes frames to fit normal size pictures?

We do, any size you want.

We also have a few on ebay at the moment too.

So you can do me a big frame with a mount that measures inside 40x60cm, for about £15?

I have bought Ikea frames in the 3:2 ratio...........12x8 (OK it the aperture of the mount is slightly smaller than 12x8) it was the Fajallsta range

No, unfortunately not at that price, maybe nearer the £22 plus p&p
