Anyway, it looks as though the program isn't standalone. These are some of the requirements according to the website:

I'm looking for something I can use without a 'host' program.
Topaz Labs B&W effects is normally a plug-in, but can be almost be used standalone if used with their photoFXlab, but you then need to buy two programs and makes it a bit expensive.
Have you tried any of the Gimp scripts ? I don't really understand why you need a specialised programme to do what you can do with one you already have ? Other than it might not have so many shortcuts ?
