I don't know if this is permitted, but I ordered a 120-400mm Sigma lens from SRS and just wanted to say what a cracking firm to deal with. There was a problem (my fault not theirs) and they pulled out all the stops to solve the problem and get the lens to me.
I just think that such good service should be praised and acknowledged hence this post.
 
I've used them myself, not the cheapest but always great service.
 
They probably hate me, but I apparently took advantage of a listing error on their eBay store last week (I honestly had no idea, thought it was a genuine bargain - I even posted on here about it) which they honoured and delivered really quickly (ordered Friday, arrived first thing Monday morning). So they get a thumbs up (and an apology) from me as well.

I have had good service from SRS although when I purchased a 120-400 Pentax fit Siggy that was dead on arrival they didn't pull out all the stops for me and so I got a refund.

in general thought good service and one of the best places for Pentax
 
Another very happy Pentax SRS customer......can't fault them at all so far!!
