I recently ordered a digiscoping attachment and carefully measured the diameter of my scope eyepiece so that I ordered the correct part. On receiving the attachment it would only slide on to the scope eyepiece about 5mm, on closer inspection it could be seen that the scope eyepiece diameter got larger, it was barrel shaped rather than cylindrical.
As it was my fault I phoned SRB and asked if they could supply just the sleeve in a larger size so that I would not have to pay the full price for the complete attachment. They said that they could or if I posted the small sleeve back they would exchange it for a larger one FOC, not even P&P!!
First time that I have bought anything from them but it will not be the last.
