Spyder 3/imac calibration issue

Hi,

My Spyder 3 won't let me update my calibration prfile using the recal option in the software

It gives this message

Error Reference: 1427379613-5114548

Error Code: 1001
Error Message: Sorry, there was a problem creating the profile.

Any ideas/help?

Install the latest version of the software. I was getting errors after updating to Yosemite, but after installing the new version from spider, it was resolved.

If you cannot resolve your problem after the software update drop Datacolor an email, I have always found them quick to reply and helpful.
