I  it, and think Bill Oddie is a hoot  Last night I watch the 'Night Shift' for the first time... hmm the little bit's they put in there of all 3 presenters talking in their sleep are... erm, funny too

yeah watch every one of them, Bill can be a bit of a pain sometimes talking over people and stuff, but it still makes for a good programme :)

:agree: - more wildlife & less Bill Oddie for me! - this years prog has become a bit of a "cannibal fest" with some real horrible images of chicks eating smaller chicks etc :puke: - very watchable though
Paul

Oh I hear you about the cannibalism :puke:

Yeh, I've been roped in to watching them with Sarah. We're off to one of the Springwatch events in Birmingham this weekend, could be a good laugh and a bit of a photo opportunity

I read that as 'Bill Oddie is hot' :gag:

Compared to KH I think you might be right Min ...

Watchin' it and lovin' it ... :D

I heard about that but missed it... Read today that one of the barn owl chicks ate its sibling whole and alive... was it really awful? :'(

Yes it was :'(

Also it seems that one of the adult male Barn owls has died, leaving the poor female to try and raise the remaining three chicks herself.. they are talking about supplementary feeding, cause it doesn't look so good.

LOL - not just the one either - they'd lost about four or five at last count I think! Horrible? No - not in context. It is nature at its rawest is all. Nice to see the BBC NOT shying away from showing such footage.
