We. Yes and no I have decided to give up the Greece house. Had a good offer for it before Christmas from the family that has been renting it from me for two years and it timed right with me deciding to explore retiring to GC instead better climate and better tax incentives so it's a win win

Fairy snuff - it's a shorter flight too, so you will be reducing your environmental impact compared to Crete.
 
Not sure it's a shorter flight. If it is, it's only a few minutes.

You're correct. I've been once and thought I'd remembered around 2 1/2 to 3 hours vs a good 4 hours + to Iraklio, but it seems GC is also about 4 hours.
 
All depends on the winds too (and whether the pilot's on a promise!!!)

i will be reducing my climate impact drastically as i will give up the house in the UK completely, might rent it but undecided, were 80% going to just go live in GC pretty much.
