i was a member or sportshooter for a while.
i quit when i realised its mainly about taking pics of family's watching their houses burn down. Or if you are lucky some american football.

i nearly got chucked out anyway
i stupidly asked why photos of people crying at funerals kept winning the competitions on a supposedly 'sports photography' website.
i started one hell of an argument which was me against the world!
i got very wound up, because on their forum if 10 people disagree with what you are saying then the forum stops you from posting!! So i had all these people slagging me off and i couldnt do a damn thing to defend myself... Good old US freedom of speech
anyway.. i digress ever so slightly

sorry if this is off topic - but when i recommended the www.sportsshooter.com website i was talking about the instructional videos on there, which i think are informative. I've never really looked at the forum - everything i want from a forum is right here...
