I have never been an organised religious person but I have always had a spiritual connection with life...recently I have noticed that my connection with the spiritual side of life has faltered.... :( p.s I don't mean ghostly spiritual more like budda spiritual....

Has this faltering coincided with less marijuana in your house?
 
Iev travvel the Far East a little in recent yeas. Quite taken with the Buddhist approach
 
Depending on the teacher, Yoga might reconnect you to the spiritual side. Not Mrs Nod's classes though, she concentrates more on the physical part of the practise.
 
I find the writings and texts of the Buddha quite useful and thought provoking.

It does keep me grounded when I get stressed.I need it less so dince retiring on one level but I have days when I do and it is good.

Plenty of resources around. Slow approach is besg.

I too found that i was lacking sprits in my life ... fortunately we visited the talisker distilery while in scotland so that was no longer an issue
