Speedlite tripod/stand

Is it possible to get a really lightweight tripod/stand for speedlites? I'm talking something that will fold up to a skinny 20cm (like those mini ones) but will extend out to full size?

I Have 3 of these and love them, light, small, and portable, have packed them in my case to fly abroad shooting, great bits of kit
