Anybody had any experience with these parts?
Looking to add various effects into my OFC arsenal, rather than just using my Speedlites as fill lights.

They actually look quite good and reasonably priced too.

I borrowed a set of these from a friend to see what the different parts had on shaping and effecting light.

I thought they were quite good and could see the change different parts gave to a shot.

I don't know if its a drawback or not but the size of the large hood doesn't give that great a spread of light so if you have a large area to cover with soft light then I think it would struggle but as additions to speed kites for additional light I think they would do the job very well.

The other thing I noticed was that they didn't stay on the speed light very well and, if tilted down sufficiently, started to slowly slide off.

They are nicely made and for what they are they work pretty well. (By which I mean they don't change laws of physics - a smallish softbox is still a smallish softbox and very different from a largish softbox).

Little bit fiddly to assemble but pack nice and flat for travel.

Ahhh great. I just happened to stumble on them and thought they'de be a worthy addition.
Cheers guys :)
