Anyone know where i can get an ND filter for my Canon 17-85mm. I enjoy taking long exposures and would love to try these filters out.

Many thanks.

Mike

B+W are great filters, they make some superb "extreme" ND's, 6 stop and 10 stop. I have the 6 stop and am looking at buying a 10 stop very soon. They are not the cheapest filters but are great quality.

Take a look on warehouse express, they normally stock them.

I find 7dayshop are good for filters.

My old man rates the Cokin P series filters, they are good because you can use them on lenses with different diameter threads...

exactly why I am after a set. Ideally a set of ND grads to start with. Can't decide if its worth saving for the more expensive real deal, or as I am still at "noob" staus, getting the cheap HK alternatives that fit the Cokin P mount and upgrading later.

if you want a decent set of filters head to teamworks photo and they have the hi-techs in a hard or soft grad set
