I used to use 7day shop but they seem to have gone downhill so where is todays best source for batteries, charger, etc.

Sorry I just don't like ebay as a buyer even though I've had really good experiences as a seller. But thanks for getting back to me :thumbs:

Fair enough. You are missing out on the largest selection in one place, competitive pricing, protected buying and ultimately access to the same sellers than sell via Amazon and other websites. But understand if you don't like it you don't like it :)
 
I will relent and take a look on ebay and then Amazon. I use Amazon for many things but thought there may be a super duper source that I hadn't heard of :clap:
 
There does seem to be a high level of dislike with eBay which I have never understood. Understandable for used items from personal sellers as a lot of people misdescribe their items but for buying brand new products via an eBay shop/seller I can't see the difference between eBay or Amazon (unless buying directly from Amazon)

You are still covered by distance selling so can always send it back and are covered by Paypal and eBay for any problems. I personally have had more issues buying from various companies own websites than I ever have from eBay sellers.
 
7 Day Shop is always my first port of call for batteries, then eBay, then finally Amazon. If I haven't found what I want at a good price from one of those three, then I'm not likely to be able to get it at a decent price.
 
I bought around 130 items on evilbay over the last 3 or 4 years, and I never had an issue.
1 or 2 minor things, but everything worked out fine with some kind words between me and the seller. ;)
 
I always get mine from Duracell Directhttp://www.duracelldirect.co.uk/digital-camera-battery-adapter-charger.html they are not as cheep as ebay but a lot cheaper the OEM and the Duracell ones come with a 3 year warranty. They don't make some of the batteries for less popular models and these batteries aren't branded Duracell and only have a 12 month warranty. The Duracell branded ones I've brought have had the same duration as the gens and the oldest one is a couple of years old with no drop off in performance. I haven't brought any of the non Duracell branded stuff.
