Sorting pictures

Right im after some editing software. Now im torn between photoshop elements10 and lightroom. I know lightroom is very good with sorting of the pictures, adding tags. So can photoshop elements sort pictures aswell? I know alot of people use both but I cant afford both. any help or tips would be great.

I also shoot in raw so will both of these work this well/

Hi yes you can tag and sort in elements and elements will also open raw files

Oh, I'm really not sure which one to purchase now. I think I will download both trials and try.
