...if you're on holiday in South Devon and it persists with rain tomorrow at around 11 - 1. I've got a teaching round of golf booked near Dawlish. First try at a "proper" round, only had a few holes to get a feel for "proper" grass (all other lessons have been off driving mats or around the practise green). Typically, the weather's supposed to be clearing for the afternoon but since it's Dawlish carnival tomorrow evening, I decided to go for the earlier slot rather than risk the traffic!
 
You'll be fine, :thumbs: I'm not due down to that neck of the woods until Tues :thumbs:
Manchester all this week and its hardly stopped raining And in fact its hissing down now :(

If I'm in Dawlish, in the morning, I will wear my crash helmet :clap:

Oddly it was fine all the time I was out. Luckily, the sun poked its nose out an hour or so before I was due there so I had time to apply some P20 factor 30 spray and let it soak in. Didn't improve my shots though! Still enjoyed the golf even though I'm pretty crap at it! With luck (and practise!), I should improve - hell, I'm not sure I CAN get worse!!!

No I was just outside Swinton, came home M60 / M6 / M1
Plus god knows where else, I was just following the voice in my head
on my dash board.
Why was it wet?
It started last evening (4pm-ish) and was still raining this morning, but quit by about 8-ish (am)

Swinton is Salford, not Manchester!
So you were far enough from Marcels gaff!
No, it's been a lovely day today, apart from being at a funeral that is!
