So many photographers have chosen either Canon or Nikon brands.

Now what do SONY or FUJIFILM have that neither Canon or Nikon don't ?

Sony make TVs as well and Fuji make their own film.

bit of a broad question and why do you care?
you should pick the brand that best suits your needs rather than just blindly picking what other may or may not have chosen.
Also the duopoly of canon and nikon is no more especially with mirrorless. Its canon and sony's duopoly now with nikon looking to make a comeback.

I use Nikon, Sony and fujifilm… does that make me special?

I can't speak for Sony, but Fuji has a retro look. Well, at least with the XT range. That attracts people.

Sony for the A7Riv
Fuji for the GFX bodies - forget the baby sensor stuff - GFX is what you want.

I shoot Nikon and Pentax medium format digital (645) and feel I've reached the pinnacle of what I can afford without going mirrorless.

The choice was easy for me. I wanted a ff mirrorless camera, Sony made one, Canon and Nikon didn't.

These days Sony arguably still has the fullest system with Sony and 3rd party lenses.

I first went with Nikon as i preferred the look to canon, plus there was an offer on. Customer for over 10 years.

Then started with Fuji with the XPro1 (i think, may have been X100) based on looks), now full Fuji!

I just went Fuji because I like their JPEGs more, they were cheaper than Sony and I wanted Mirrorless. Now I’m staying with them because I have lenses for the X mount.

I went from Olympus to Sony and have now settled on Fujifilm (although my film camera was a Canon)
