Any of you guys have one of these?. My OH has and just recently she's only be getting signal in the hall way ,when she first had the phone it was great no probs . Tonight i tried the sim in my Samsung S4 had a signal although not a very strong ,could still make calls/texts in different areas of the house . Phone T-mobile ,they said switch the phone off then on (never would have thought of trying that ......not!!!!)this was on Saturday ,so phone them tonight ,same instruction off/on .

So has/did .. anyone have problems with this handset or T-mobile's signal indoors
 
My Samsung S3 signal is appalling and the Samsung S4 will be the same by all accounts. I bought a cheapo signal booster off ebay, from China and it bumped my signal from 1 bar to 5 bars immediately.
 
PS. T mobile have a femtocell available which uses your broadband connection to provide a 3 G signal in your home. Phone them and ask for them to provide you one (assuming you are OK with any BB allowance being used for telephone calls).
 
I had issues on my s3, I phoned them up and they sent me a text and it updated something on the phone, since the it has not been an issue.

Does it say t mobile or ee on the phone? Mine said t mobile but after the text and re start it says ee.
