Does anyone out there own one of the above cameras that can verify a tech question for me
I need to know if the camera can display the image onto a TV/Monitor in record mode (i.e. not just playback mode)
It's important to me as I'm getting into aerial photography/videography and need to downlink the live picture via my 5.8ghz transmitter so that I can see where the camera is aimed and adjust accordingly
At the moment I have it all set up on a GoPro HD and working fine but of course that is only temporary as the image quality is not sufficient
The platform I use isn't capable of taking an SLR into the air so it has to be a compact size camera and as far as I can tell the HX9V appears to give the best quality results out there at the moment (but if you know different please let me know)
