sony a100 T2

Hiya all, I'm Claire.
I have a problem, can anyone help?
I have a sony A100, tried a minolta T2 adapter on it the other day and lcd screen said no lens attached. Body only will not take pics. Can I get an adapter for it, as I am hoping to use it for digiscoping and possibly get some cheaper lenses.

As you found out, Claire, the lens and the body won't... erm... function anymore together if you disconnect the lens from the body.

Hi Claire
I thnk it will work, but only in manual as there are no electrical contacts on the t2 mount,
but you can get the camera to recognise the lens is there by going into the menu on the camera, look for `shutter lock` and change the setting to `off -no lens`

Thanks for the tip, it's done already.
I went onto sony site and found answer in faq's. Now have t2 adapter and a really nice Soligor 350mm lens for less than £40.00
