Daily Sonriendo's 365 - Finished and thank flickerty for that :D

I see what you mean, but I still like the photo and it's not as though all the Oreos in the world got eaten today....:)

I think it would have been better if I'd stopped the lens down a bit to get the right hand biscuit in focus too - but too late, the props had strangely disappeared :D

i have to agree...... on both points... props have a habit of disappearing quickly in shots like this...

Im just putting the kettle on, could you send a couple of those over?
Look nice Sarah, like the composition, just not 100% sure on the focus.

Good shot Sarah. I agree with you about the focus, quite like it how it is though and the tone of the image just works really well!

Love the montage  works really well, can you send some of that weather this way please, at least the blue skies ;)

And a very well shot photo for today

Thanks Matt, memory of a nice afternoon

I know, won't eat the props so soon next time

This was the perfect moment to try focus stacking! Great shot none the less!

I did think of that once it was on the PC actually, but as there were no props left  Will certainly try it out soon :)

Could have been stopped down, but still a great pic! Hungry for double stuffed now!

Thank you, they are very yummy :)

Almond blossom in my garden this morning, it is blowing a hooley, so I was very pleased to get it in focus.

Cropped, convert to jpeg and sharpened for screen.

This weeks challenge - all to be taken with the 50 mm - which they have been since Saturday :)

I love blossom against blue sky shots - such a lovely image to see when it's cold & grey here. Reminds me that our spring is on the way. Thanks!

Thanks Lynn, I was in the UK over Christmas and OMG I had forgotten just how many cloudy, grey flat light days you get. It is actually very windy here, if that would stop it would be quite pleasant.

Great shot today Sarah. You do get lucky with the blue skies. Is it warm?

Thanks Jake. I is about 15 degrees, but there is a horribly cold wind, so you can take a fair few degrees off that really ;)

Will you please stop posting pictures of blue skies and blossom?
Its sub-zero, there is 4 inches of snow on the ground and its foggy here :(

Very nicely captured

Love that one Sarah, really classy blossom shot. I can't wait until the trees over here are full of it.

That's the only problem with it, so short lived and with the wind we've been having these past few days, I think it will be a shorter season than normal :(

Love the flower against the blue background! I'm a sucker for these shots during the spring :)

Thanks, hopefully it's not far away now :)

Oh, I just love that blossom shot, Sarah - nice focus, good DOF and wonderful blue sky! I think I hate you and that weather of yours!:lol::lol:

Well, at about 17.30 it was black, windy and whizzing it down

Really nice shot today Sarah, so jealous of your great weather. The blossom looks great against that sky and is nicely sharp despite the wind.

Was thinking the same as Cobra - very jealous of the warmth there :(
Stunning shot though Sarah
