Daily Sonriendo's 365 - Finished and thank flickerty for that :D

I like these but agree, the left hand side has the extra punch for me!

They're not really meant to be in a diptych, but I was trying to be fair to the girls

I feel the same when I take photos of my cats  :suspect:

Thanks for the lovely long crit Conor. I actually had the focussing better on LH I think and there was also a touch more sunlight to be had. They're not really meant to be in a diptych, but I was trying to be fair to the girls

I'm pleased with the lighting, which is what I really want to work on this year, so I do seem to be getting that better. Next step to improve PP skills ;)

Ah yes, I can understand that :)

Do your daughters like them ?? for me if they are happy you have done a good job

Oh yes, they are both pleased with them. Luckily they are both very willing models and all their friends want their pics taken when they come over too
I'm not short of willing volunteers :D

Lovely soft light - very nice. Great that you have such lovely and willing models. :)

As the others have said, the eyes are sharper in the LH shot, but I like the RH shot equally, if the eyes were as focused as the other, it would be a cracker. You are lucky to have 2 such lovely models.

Thanks Sarah, and they really don't mind at all - not like me when I was younger

Flowers? in bloom?
AND a blue sky!
Blimey
:D
Very nicely taken and "put together"

Very nice Sarah, you are lucky to have so many flowers out in bloom. Looks like a great day out.

Thank you :)

I really like that, when you can't decide on 1, have 5!

And why not ;)

Very nice Sarah, you are lucky to have so many flowers out in bloom. Looks like a great day out.

Well, I was getting jealous of all the snow, thought I'd get my own back :p

Terrific addition!

Thank you :)

crikey 5 for :) very good

Thanks

Awww now we needed some pretty blooms in the uk right now and beautifully put together.. gorgeous Sarah!

Some great abstracts this week, really like them and great colours in them too. Like the idea of the portraits too, although as someone has pointed out, certainly the LH shot looks sharper than the RH. Today's shot is really nice, well thought out and put together

great collage Sarah :D Love the flowers - wish I could find that many for mine :)

Thank you, I do seem to have a flower in my garden every day of the year, which is really quite lucky. But, these are all wild flowers we found on our walk :)

Beautiful flowers, can I swap some for our snow :)

I'd actually like a bit of snow, and I did google to try and find out if there was any close enough to drive out to ;)

See above ;)

Lovely - I'd rather have the flowers than the snow any day!

And I'm so envious of all the snow pics

Fab collage, i need to learn how to do this sort of stuff :) thanks for the inspiration

Thanks Tezz, it's eay to make your own template, and even easier to download some ready made ones ;)

I really like your flower collage - very nicely constructed and works well :). What's the flower in the bottom right hand corner?

Do you know, I'm rather ashamed to say I don't have a clue  They grow wild up in the mountains here.

Well, here's today's offering

I think it would have been better if I'd stopped the lens down a bit to get the right hand biscuit in focus too - but too late, the props had strangely disappeared :D

I agree but still makes for a yummy photo!

agree as well but making me feel a bit hungry for sweet stuff now

NO!!! you have to eat them as well :naughty:

Nice concept and yummy, I think it might have been better just as a single stack maybe?

I've never eaten an orea... I'm not much of a biscuity person but I'm intrigued! Great photo!

Oh well then, you've talked me into it ;)

I did try that, but wasn't too sure tbh  If the open one were level with the stack, I'd have caught the focus too - so much to think about

I do like a nice biscuit, but prefer homemade cookies - they didn't last long enough to be papped :D
