Sorry, I managed to get behind again! Nice selection but day 159 is the pick of the bunch for me. Brilliant portrait, love the tones and a great model. That "sulky" look is how it's supposed to be done!
 
Struggling to stay caught up with all the treads at the moment - due to pesky house guests :D

Two for the price of one today as they were taken before and after midnight :D

Popped into Alicante last night for the Fallas of San Juan. They construct these amazing satirical figurines that are all burned at midnight - so much work goes into them and then they are just burned :shrug:

More firemen than you could shake a stick at too :D

I passed right by that hoguera Sarah! We must have been there at the same time. In my pics it's still burning (I arrived when the fire was much more advanced) and the bomberos are letting the kids have it! I just looked through them to see if you guys appeared in them, but you're not to be seen.

Fancy that :eek: We'd gone by the time the kids were let at it, we left just as the firemen were getting a bit hose happy :D

Was just getting ready for bed when I realised I'd not done my POTD, then suddenly remembered that Charlotte had plaited Natties hair and so that she could see what it looked like we'd papped it for her :D

Yesterday evening, I went bug hunting again - not very successfuly though so you've got just a flower. Bug hunting is best done in the mornings :)

Oh dear hugely behind in my 365 and loads of photos taken over the last few days - not sure whether to catch up with this first and go back and do the other pics or just process day by day :runaway:

Friday was the girlies dance concert, here is one of the first decentish ones - my camera really doesn't like low light :(

When we got back from the concert, we sat around with a couple of bottles of wine like you do and at about 01.30 decided to go on a roadtrip the next day :)

So, Saturday evening found me in Granada :D

But, you're getting this one. I'm so pleased I've finally made it here, but I am going back again, probably in either November or March/May - when there is not so many people about and I will be going up there early in the morning, to ensure there are even less people about :D

I saw "180" on flickr, I'm not normally a fan of B&W I must admit, but I love that.
It just seems to work somehow :thumbs:

That building you visited looks stunning.
As you said, 183 needs a tripod, or higher ISO.

Bought a load of cherries at the weekend and they didn't get eaten, so before they all went off, I've just stoned them all and should be enjoying Tipsy Cherries in the winter :)

I got some Alhambra pics over Easter, but really struggled with the people and the sun. You've got great one there but definitely worth visiting early morning I think if you can.

I really like 182 too, not sure why you want to skip over it...
