Does anybody around Newcastle know of a decent hotel or bed & breakfast in the town centre that is also a reasonable price
My son has a night off from army and is going to stay in Newcastle next Saturday night with his girlfriend I have tried surfing but with no luck so if anyone can help :)
 
Thanks I have tried travel lodges and premium inn for centre but they seem to be full for the 7th March
 
theres loads of places in jesmond and its only 5-10 minutes by taxi to city centre.
there is also a b&b i stayed at with some mates about 5 years ago near the life centre which is just down the road from the train station.
think it was called the grapevine,nothing special but ok for one night.
 
have you looked on Laterooms - there's some on there but it all depends what the budget is really
