I need different plates and stuff for food photography and was wondering if someone knows somewhere cheap.

Quite frankly I don't care about what happens to them afterwards so not worried about quality but they must obviously look of high standard.

If anyone knows a big high street store or anything where I can find a nearby store that would be good.
 
Try Matalan, when their sales are on, crockery down to £1.50 for plates etc.

Ikea - theres one in milton keynes which is probably the closest to you
 
B&M stores are pretty reasonable for that sort of stuff, was in there the other day and surprised how cheap the stuff was.
 
I should of mentioned that it should really be brand new because used stuff often gets messed up by dishwashers or scratched.

I will check out B&M and Ikea is a good one- I didnt think of that but I might be in MK later anyway.
 
Also tesco - theres a massive one in cowley as i'm sure you are aware
 
ASDA, 16 piece plain white set under a fiver.
 
Another is Home Bargains

My friend just split from his wife and moved into an unfurnished house. Got all his crocks etc there v cheap.
