Someone wants my pictures - advice please

Ok so firstly I'm chuffed that someone wants to use my shots.

My question is, has anyone heard of http://www.nowpublic.com they've had the decency to ask which is good, but any experience of them would be good. This is very new to me so I've yet to learn the tricks of checking these things out.

Look fairly legit.
Do you know any one who works in law?
You could get them to help you write a letter, and a terms of use etc.

I've heard of them. I'm assuming that they want them for free? I've had NP ask me for images before. They often trawl Flickr because people offer their images up for free under Creative Commons non-commercial licensing. You probably won't get any money and its not going to kick start a career in photography unless its THE image of the year. My advice, as long as its non-commercial then why not?

I'm not expecting it to be a life /career changing moment and yes they did contact me through my flickr account .

Think I'll probably let them use the pictures this time just wanted to see if anyone had heard of them before.
