At 3:55 (5 minutes before i leave work) I was called today with the news of a Successful Job interview. A New Service desk role which has attached to it a nice big pay rise of a few £K's.
As i have purchased a house recently and it obviously covers a few bills off for me and my finacee.

I'm over the moon and well, Will deffinatly have some beers tonight!!!

i went to a job interview a few months back, the job was fantastic, they were really keen on me (still are aparently) they phoned me about the job not me phoning them. they still want to take me on but due to the credit crunch cant afford to, b****r eh, ill have to continue working where i am at the weekend and hoping that one day i get some enthusiasm back!

Congrats mate!!

On a similar note, I received some potentially CRAP news about my job yesterday.
My company are going to contract out my department :'(
I'll still have a job, with the same terms and conditions (apparently..........)
but I'll no longer have a final salary pension scheme :razz:

But hey ho!!!!!
